Xbox Are Criminals

I received a email about enforcement actions taken against me saying my account has been temporarily suspended. It said The account was found to have achievements unlocked in impossible patterns.

WTH DOES THAT MEAN??????

I've spent my own money to buy things for these games,earned achievements and now they went and erased all of my hard work. I have no idea of how to tamper or mod anything. The messed up thing is there is no one to speak to or email about this. How is this
putting the customer 1st? They take your money but won't help you when you need it?

I worked hard for my achievements on my 360. Never once had this happen. Now I upgrade to Xbox 1 and they take all of my achievements?

This is B.S.!!!!!!!

Something needs to be done about this!!!!!!

This is not fair to do something like this and not show me any proof of what I've been accused of and found guilty of.

It's not like any of the higher ups care. I'm just another number to them.

Just know I will be taking my business to PlayStation. Thank you Xbox for showing me what you think of ppl you call customers.

How are they treating you like a criminal? They are treating you like a criminal no more than employer using a time card system is treating his employees like lazy dishonest people who don't show up for work .

You have received a Gamerscore reset for the modded achievements on games like GTA V & Gears of War 2

Only xbox 360 games were reset as you can't mod achievements on xbox one games.

The same thing will happen if you mod your Trophies on PlayStation although they just ban you outright.

My gold is due to run out next month and Im not renewing as I dont even play online games, but when I revert to silver I will be missing out on accessing Sky on my 360. All apps should be available to silver accounts also. MS should focus on making Gold
for online gaming and less on making it a requirement for various apps.

I'm sorry you're frustrated, but there are a couple of things I'm going to throw my two cents on before I lock this:

You've always needed a gold membership to send messages on Xbox.com, and the reasoning is pretty simple. It's to prevent spam. It would be pretty easy to just create a silver dummy account and spam messages to people if
the system wasn't set up the way it is now, wouldn't it?

Secondly, nobody is banning you for saying negative things. Everyone has opinions and that's perfectly fine. You get banned from Xbox LIVE if you break their Code of Conduct or Terms of Use which you agreed to when signing
up for the service, it's fairly simple. I'm going to go ahead and lock this thread, because these discussions about Xbox LIVE being free come up quite often and always end bad. Thanks for understanding.
