Xbox are a bunch of ripp off artists

I recently found that i have been charged for a service that i did not want nor did i order they have done nothing to refund the money they already have taken from my account. This is unacceptable and outright dishonest of them to do. how do you lay charges
against a company that is stealing from people. it may not be much but its the difference between going to bed hungry or having a meal. these guys are crooked in every way shape and form

Xbox Music Library Frustration

After I imported/added my music directory to XBOX Music, I was left with some unknown albums. These folders were basically a bunch of music while previously setup correctly album/artist are now not for whatever reason. Whenever I attempt to match songs
individually to their correct album, the other tracks go with it and the artists for whatever reason are updated. Is there anyway to correct this and fix the problem so artists and albums match? Is anyone else having this same problem?

 

Xbox connects to the internet but no xbox live.

It's crazy £420 down the drain on some thing that doesn't even work fully bunch of con artists really

 

Sounds like you didn't turn off auto renewal which would be down to you,not Microsoft.

If you can't turn it off via your console then contact support for your region
support.xbox.com/.../contact-us

You will not get a refund though.

 

actually i didnt even sign up for xbox gold i signed up for music but was charged for both gold and music i am going to be contacting legal and sueing if it isnt returned to me

 

You wont get the money returned.

You should of checked your bank/credit card statements & queried the charges straight away.

If it's been over a month then you will not get any money back i'm afraid.
