This usually happens, if you (accidentally) use a different Microsoft Account email on the Xbox One than the Microsoft Account that you used when you bought the game on the Xbox 360.

If you still have your Xbox 360, check your account there, that it really is the same email that you use on the Xbox One. Then check on the Xbox 360 that you actually bought the game with that account in your download history.

If necessary, add your other account with which you bought Age of Booty to the Xbox One, and download the game through that account.

Are you trying to buy a version for the One? If so that would be counted as a new game but if it's backwards compatible then you would be able to download the 360 version as you've already purchased it so long as you're logged in to the same account that
bought it years ago.

I have several games from back in 2014 2015 that want me to pay. Most are xbox games with gold games. I earned achievemens within a couple of days so i kniw my xbox live was active but they want me to prove it so i asked for a detailed itemized list of every
teansaction and all dates my xbox live was active and they wont give that. Just like theyve gotten rid of customer service and are using free labor from xbox gamers to handle the customer needs and i cant get them to help with anything. They want you to somehow
gather all the info and do all the work for them to say they cant help

They have not got rid of customer support. They have not replaced it with free labour. You are confusing the Ambassador program with Xbox Support. Ambassadors are volunteers, fellow gamers with a good knowledge of issues and how yo resolve them. This is
