XBOX apps on Windows 10 laptop not working after system update

My Xbox app was working fine until the last system update and now when I click on the app, it will load and I will see the dots going around. I will see the version number and I think it says 11.11.110004.00000 in the top right corner. Then the windows is
totally green and will not show anything. What is the deal???

I have the same problem after the latest windows 10 update. You click on the app, starts to load, gets as far as the green screen, and then nothing.

 

so the beta xbox app(today), 11.11.110005.,, does appear to at least sign in and load properly, even after the windows 10 update. Hoping they fix the main one soon.

 

I did some digging around on my system. I used the Program Compatibility Troubleshooter and it says that the Xbox App is incompatible. How is that when it is part of the Windows 10 family of apps?

 

Experiencing the same problem. Strangely using the same PC if I log in using my microsoft account the xbox app works fine and I can stream no problems, however if my son logs on using his account it doesn't work, just get the spinning dots followed by green
screen. He does appear to be logged in though as if I go back my account and log in to the app he shows in friend list as being logged in on the app.

We then tried to log him in to the app on a windows 10 laptop and it worked fine. Makes no sense. All worked prior to the latest update.

Have tried removing the xbox app using powershell and reinstalling but made no difference.
