    Xbox Application wont open on PC


    I can't launch the app, browse game, go to settings…etc nothing at all. It just froze on xbox logo when i open the app. Even though i tried to uninstall, repair the app and rest the app from the PC settings but still the problem remains. This issue happened like one month ago and i still have the problem. The same thing for Microsoft store, When i want to install any app, the install button keeps on loading forever and i cant click on install and when i want to check for updates the "Get Update" button keeps on loading. Plus, when i press on settings or logout in Microsoft store the app crashes and freezes so i have to force close it from the task manager. however, it may log me out but i have to reopen Microsoft app. I even contacted Microsoft support and followed all the troubleshooting steps that they provided to me and still the concern are still the same, the app is not properly working. I contacted a local technician he fix the issue by removing my norton360 anti virus and some other steps which fixed the issue but the issue returned Again

    I'm sorry you have this problem, researching on the internet I was able to find that in the forum, the independent advisor Gerardo, recommends the following steps for a solution.

    Please use the SFC command, which helps examine the integrity of all protected system files and repair problem files if possible.

    You can do it by following the steps that I will attach below:

    1. Type "Command Prompt" in the Windows search bar.

    2. Right click on the search result and select Run as administrator.

    3. Copy and paste the following command and press Enter:

    sfc /scannow

    4. Wait for the scan to finish and display the results.

    5. If integrity violations were found and fixed, restart your PC and check if the issue is resolved. In case the system file checker has not been able to repair possible system file corruption then use the following commands (don't forget to press Enter after each one):

    - DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth

    - DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth

    - DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
