    Xbox application on Windows 10 loading forever


    Hello,

    I installed Xbox application on Windows 10, but when I open the app, it is loading forever and I can't navigate or connect my account.

    It is blocked on this

    I tried to desinstall and reinstall about 15 times (on Powershell also), i tried this on Powershell :

    Get-AppXPackage -AllUsers | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register “$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml”}

    I tried to reset the parameters of the application, I tried to 'fix' it without desinstall it.

    I tried to disabled my Avaast and windows defender to reinstall it (I don't know why I just tried everything I knew).

    And when I ask for assistance on microsoft or xbox website, I have to explain my problem with categories and they finally told me my problem doesn't need a vocal assistance so I can't have a number to call....I have a free trial for game
    pass ultimate which is working 14 days only and I activated it last weekend so I really would like to try it.

    Hi Arturo, I followed the steps but sadly it did not fix my issue, the same thing is still occurring where it just sits on the black loading screen forever.

    Step 1. Search "Services" by using the Windows search functionality and look for the following services:

    IP Helper
    Xbox Live Auth Manager
    Xbox Live Game Save
    Xbox Live Networking Service
    Gaming Services

    Step 2. For each service: Right-click on the service > Properties.
    In Startup Type, set the service to Automatic.

    If the service isn’t started, click Start > Apply > OK to save changes, restart your PC and try again.

    It was 2 or 3 years ago so I may not remember perfectly but i'm pretty sure I wiped my pc fully and reinstalled from a USB.
