Xbox Application login failed

at first Hey, I am using the Abox App on the computer and I can't sign in in any different version, if I start the new Abox app ( https://www.xbox.com/en-US?xr=mebarnav) and try to log in I just get 3 times a grey small screen and then it closes again, that means I can't play anything.

If I try to log in to the older abox app (https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/p/x...=1&wa=wsignin1.0&activetab=pivot:overviewtab) and start it I get this error: they cannot be registered at this time. Try again later (0x409) 0x80040254

Does anyone knowes how to solve this: best regrades

Hey, so I recently tried to install the latest update which came out but every time my pc restarts it shows me a screen where is written, undoing changes. Please don't turn off your computer. I tried it several times every time the same error.

Hello again, this is really unusual, maybe something is hindering the system update and a system reinstallation is required.
