Xbox application anomoaly

I am seemingly not able to sign into my Xbox app. When trying to sign into the Xbox application nothing happens and looks like the app screen just refreshes. But all other Microsoft applications and web pages have no problems. Checking my Xbox status everything is green and looks good. I've tried numerus solutions including resetting and uninstalling the Microsoft store, reinstalling gamer services via registry editor and PowerShell commands, and all other appropriate steps. I've done these things on my own and also while screen sharing with two separate Xbox and Microsoft tech support employees. Both techs were not able to fix my issues either and both hinted at reformatting the drive and reinstalling windows was my only option left. I've since just completed a full reformat and reinstall of windows and my issues still haven't been resolved. I've placed a third call into support and from my description of steps I've taken they wouldn't do anything except for have me submit a ticket into the feedback hub which I've already done once two-three months ago and once again one day ago. both tickets to the feedback hub have been overlooked, ignored, or just never been responded to. I'm unsure where to go at this point and might just need to end my subscription and request a refund of my Xbox game pass for the last few months that these issues have inhibited me from using any of the content provided from the Xbox game pass for pc.

Sorry for the delayed response. Just completed all your steps step by step. Unfortunately I have to report that the same thing still happening. Opened the Xbox app and clicked on that I am already a member and would like to sign in. It takes you to the home screen of the app not signed in. click in the corner to sign in and it just refreshes the app screen like before. Windows support has also still not responded to any of my tickets in the Feedback hub and would just like to thank you for all the effort and help you've given so far it is greatly appreciated.

Still no changes to the xbox app working correctly. But it has resolved the issues of NAT type in xbox networking. Tried both client and client enterprise.

Thanks for sharing this information. Would you please tell me the exact Windows edition do you have on your computer? Like Windows 10 Pro.

It could be a connection issue with the Xbox Live servers. Please send a screenshot of a connection test with the Xbox servers:

- On Windows 10, please go to Start > Search and click on Xbox Networking.

- On Windows 11, open the Xbox Console Companion app > Click settings (the gear icon) > Network.
