Xbox App

So I tried to change my profile picture on Xbox App and every time I try to change it, it repeats the same thing. “Sorry, we can’t upload the picture right now. Try again in a little while.” It’s been like this for a couple days now. I’ve been able to
change my custom profile picture before, and I tried multiple images, so I do not understand what the problem is. I got my friend to try to change his profile picture, and it did the same thing to him. I even tried to delete the app and redownload it. I didn’t
get banned or anything so I don’t know the problem. Please fix this.
