Xbox App

This has been a problem on my mobile phone for around two months. I own a iPhone 8, which is updated to iOS 12.4, whereas I believe that is the latest update. I also own an Xbox 360, where I spend most of my time. (I’m upgrading to a Xbox 1 soon, just
not yet.) On the Xbox 360, its a slow process to text messages and send them out, and slow things just bother me. So I use my phone to send messages. But recently, I have come across a ‘Live Updates Not Available’ icon. I have not been able to load, nor send
messages in any of my chats. I’d get the notification, but when I open the app and try to reply nothing will show up and it frustrates me.
