Xbox App & Xbox Game Bar glitched with dual monitor setup

Earlier in the week both the Xbox Game Bar and Xbox app were working fine. Now, whenever I try to use either they both have these exes across everything and make some of the words and buttons disappear causing the apps to be nearly impossible to use.

Both apps seem to work fine when I only have one monitor turned on, but the moment I turn the second monitor on and reopen the app or game bar then it has the same issue again.

I don't understand why it decided to stop working now, perhaps there was an update that broke the apps. But I had never had an issue like this happen before.

I've tried repairing, resetting, even uninstalling the Xbox Game Bar and reinstalling it before I realized that the Xbox app was having the same issue but nothing seems to work as the exes seem to keep coming back.

I think the issue must be on Microsoft's side as I've done pretty much everything I could to fix it and that both apps need an update or hotfix to fix this issue as nothing about my setup has changed since the start of the week compared to now for both apps to just stop working like it used to.

If anyone has any input on how I can fix this or any alternative to both apps that still lets me use Xbox Party chat, looking for group posts, etc then I would greatly appreciate it!
