We understand that you are trying to play Minecraft and is unable to because of the error message Deep Ocean and error code 0x80070057. Let us check on this together and sort this out in timely manner.

We appreciate you have shared here the list of the troubleshooting you have done and the details of the issue. However, we found out that this is closely related to the bug that was reopened and have similar issues resolved from Mojang's bug dashboard: [MCL-22080] Error Code: UNKNOWN code: Deep Ocean. Something went wrong in the login process. - Jira (mojang.com). There is a big disclaimer from the Minecraft developer - Mojang in that page. Which this issue is can be resolved if the related system services of Xbox will be installed in your current set up. It could be updates of system, Xbox app, Xbox Console Companion app or Gaming Services - those apps are needed to run without issue.

Though you have done some troubleshooting already we believe that you need to see the steps provided on this support article and perform the ones you haven't done and skip those you already performed. Try the troubleshooting under Problems launching a game from the Xbox app. Please let us know how it went.

Thank you for your response. I've already tried everything from your suggestion, already had the game bar and companion app as highlighted by my previous searches as xbox needs it as a dependency. already followed the troubleshooting tips on the second link although i cant do the rest as ive stated before the xbox app takes 1 to 2 hours just being stuck on the splash screen. Im already logged in to the store with the account that has minecraft in it but as ive also stated before that even if i successfully open the xbox app after waiting hours clicking on sign in does nothing and its the same on the other xbox related apps.

Indeed, you have already performed the troubleshooting stated on both resources we have provided. In that case, just make sure to keep your system, game and apps updated and then raise this concern to the Mojang team. You may use this bug number as reference since you have similar error code and message - MCL-22080.

Yeah same thing happened to me as well. I logged out because it was having trouble signing in/connecting to XBL services. I thought logging out and back would help, but now it's stuck on the splash screen trying to load. The same thing has happened with the Xbox app. Xbox app on Android is now stuck in a login loop.

I've had the same problem on mine where it gets stuck on splash screen , its a common problem with the 4gb Console , the only way is to send it to Xbox for repairs . Eventually you can get passed the splash screen but you would have to wait a long time and
you wont be able to connect to live.
