XBox app won't open, posted solutions don't work either

App starts, shows green screen for about a second, then closes, although XBox apps have no problem signing in. Installed XBox (beta), same thing. Troubleshooter found no problems; deleted Accounts and Cache folders; ran wsreset.exe in Command Prompt (Admin);
checked Internet Options, Connections, LAN settings on auto as usual; uninstalled XBox (beta), but can't uninstall XBox as option is grayed out. Any other suggestions?

Surface Pro 3 i7/8GB/512GB running Windows 10 Pro 64-bit v. 10.0.10240. Use Windows Defender.

Netflix won't launch PLS HELP

I keep trying to open my netflix app on my 360 but it keeps giving me the 80004005 error message and won't let me open it. I've searched the code and the only solution xbox gives it to restart the console. I've done that many times now and it still won't
work. Please help!

Xbox App crashes after upgrade to Windows 10, Can't uninstall App

Ok, installed xbox beta. Castle Siege still won't work with beta either.

More info on existing problem:

Other Xbox games still work fine on my PC. Notice that these games open in there own smaller window, while AOE Castle Siege tries to open in fullscreen mode. Not sure if I am using the correct terms.

Icon black in my PC's toolbar and in Xbox "My Games."

Can't uninstall app either.

I found the gaming services is not installed and I it's installation won't start at all, either by windows store or by xbox app. Even tried the solution involving PowerShell posted on other posts and the download didn't start.

This worked for me.

Xbox app would open but never load into the hud. Uninstalled it and it wouldn't re-install.

This fixed it.

Stuff has been playing up since an armoury crate update. That won't install either. Now to fix that.

Hi there,

I tried it today and unfortunately it didn't work. I don't know anymore either.

Have now reinstalled the MS Store, Xbox App. The game service and it still won't install.
