XBox App won't Load Captures from XBox Series X

Yesterday I was able to see my Xbox series X captures on the iPhone Xbox app, but it suddenly stopped yesterday and now I cannot see any new captures.

I also cannot delete any of the existing captures that I have on the Xbox app.

Before it stopped working yesterday, I was able to see on the app new captures from the console, and was also able to delete captures on the app.

I cannot find any solutions to fix this. I uninstalled and reinstalled the Xbox app on my iPhone. I made sure I had all iPhone updates. I then removed the Xbox series X console from the iPhone app and then reconnected it. I checked my capture settings on the consul to make sure they were still correct and they were. And I made sure I had space on both the app and also on the console, and there's plenty of space.

What can I do to fix this? It happened suddenly, I did three screen captures during one of my games, and two of them loaded onto the app and the third one didn't. It had to of happened within minutes. It was not a setting that I changed because I was in the middle of doing screen captures.

Hi Debolich!

Sorry to hear about what happened. I actually have seen this issue from other players already. I believe that this is a bug on their system where your uploaded captures are not showing on your Xbox app on mobile and also can't delete them. I suggest that you instead wait and try it again at a later time.

Same problem with the Microsoft Rewards app. There is no picture. Just a grey square that won't load. Xbox series X

I am having issues loading my captures, they started off by not showing up on xbox live or the app but were there locally. This morning however I can't even access at all on my series X?

Xbox series x. There is so much documentation about this issue, no-one has a solution (apart from streaming on twitch, saving the vod and then editing the video). Compared with my xbox one captures, taken well over a year ago, they are awful, choppy, stuttering messes. This is not a problem on my end, this is a problem with the xbox series x capture system. The fact captures are STILL terrible is a joke, given the series x was released over 18 months ago.
