Xbox app won't let me update my profile picture dispite being up to Dany and I don't any...

Hello,

I have been using the Xbox app to try and change my profile picture, and as you should know, it isn't working. I don't have a computer so I won't be able to do anything that you can only do on computer. I haven't tried to screenshot the picture, then try to use the screenshoted picture as the profile picture.

It won't let me change my profile picture, and no matter how many times I try it won't accept any of my pictures on my phone at all, I've been trying and trying, but I can't insert my picture for my profile on the xbox app on my phone, how can I
fix it or try to at least?

The service is currently disable as of the moment. Here's the message coming from the folks at Xbox.

" As people look to gaming for social connection, Xbox is seeing record numbers across Xbox Game Pass, Xbox Live, and Mixer. To streamline moderation and ensure the best experience for the community, Xbox has made small adjustments. Some features like uploading
custom gamerpics, club pics, and club backgrounds are temporarily disabled."

Ever since I got the Xbox app,I've always used it to change my profile picture. I've never had a issue with it,but a few months ago,all the way up to now,it let me change my profile picture,saying to "try again later". Is anyone else having this problem?

My country, console region, paypal account and bank account are all in belgium and say belgium.

Dispite this, it still won't let me add my paypal account.

Am I just acrewed?

No I deleted the profiles, games and apps gamer pictures, and avatar items. Then after I clear cache . I restart my xbox, and everything is back. So I tried to move everything to a USB, then removed the USB and restarted the system, nothing has changed.
It's like it won't let me remove anything or update anything. I have also tried all the suggestions you have just given me and still nothing has changed..
