Xbox app won't let me sign in. I choose my profile and it goes back to the choose screen.

like my title says, I can't sign in on the Xbox app for android. I've uninstalled it a few times and the same thing always happens. It loads up, I choose my primary account it starts to load then goes right back to the choose account screen. Why can't I
fix this?!?!

Can't sign in.

The mobile Xbox app promted me to sign out and back in before buying a game for some reason.

So, I signed out but it won't let me sign back in. I tap the sign in button, the "Choose one" screen pops up with the multiple emails assigned to my phone, and I tap the one linked to my XBL acvount. The app thinks from almost less than half a second and
just goes back to the sign in button.

Anyone know a way to actually get in to load with the email I'm clicking?

 

Switching Profiles

On my son's Xbox One, he has set it up to automatically sign in to his profile. When I turn it on, it goes to his home scree. I double tap the Xbox symbol on the controller, go to profiles and choose mine to sign in. I spins a while, signs me in, then
goes back to his home screen.

I have to hit the Xbox symbol on the controller again to actually switch it to my home screen.

Is this normal? It was not doing this before.

 

I have the same problem. It recognises my account, I tap it and goes back to sign in section. Waiting for some help too dude.

 

I have this same problem and when I do get signed on it works for a couple days and then doesn't load any of my information its very frustrating wish we would get some help on this

 

I'm having this same issue as well. It's really annoying and Microsoft needs to fix it asap. Others are having this issue as well. It worked fine on my old phone but I got a new one and I can't sign in at all after downloading the app. I even emailed the
support email for the app itself and they won't even email me back. Figures. Great customer support! NOT.
