Xbox app won’t let me log in on my iPhone

With regards to your issue, I also experience it earlier and actually it is posted on the Xbox live status now and there seems to be a server issue affecting "Signing in" for Xbox live services.

I suggest to check via https://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-live-status as well and much as well to choose the option "Notify me" so you would be updated once Xbox fixes the server issue.

I hope the information helps somehow. Feel free to post back if ever you still experience problem after the server is up so we can try to troubleshoot it further.

try using different browser link chrome and see if that works

I have no billing set up and nothing is the same with the two accounts the only same thing is that they used to be logged into on the same phone but not anymore since one has been closed.

Sorry to hear it. The old account may very well be the issue if you have that info as any type of contact info for yourself. Please log in to
https://account.microsoft.com and make sure your billing info is all up to date and correct

Unfortunately, there isn’t.

The closest you’ll get for now is using the Xbox iPhone app. If you add him as a friend you’ll be able to look under the “Friends & Clubs” heading in the app and see whether or not he’s logged in and what is being viewed.

In checking the app right now, only one of my sons is presently logged in, and his Xbox is on the “Home” screen.

While the app will give you the information, it won’t notify you with any sort of alert. You’ll actually have to check.
