Xbox App won't install Imperator Rome

I can't get Imperator Rome to install. I had it installed and it worked, then it tried to d/l an update and hung at 100%. I cancelled the update, but the game wouldn't launch, so I uninstalled it, thinking I could just reinstall. Now I can't install it either
- the green 'Install' button is there, but clicking it doesn't do anything.

I have Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, have the Xbox app installed, have Windows 10 Pro, version 1903, build 18362.239 and am signed up for Windows Insider as well.

Any suggestions?

I did an uninstall/reinstall of the app and also rebooted. That didn't fix it. I was able to get the game installed though by using the MS Store to download it from the update screen.

Have you tried uninstalling/reinstalling the companion app? You could also try rebooting the PC.

Just to clarify, you now have the game installed on your PC, but is the title currently launching for you?

Are you launching the title via the App or launching it directly via the game title?

Would you please provide this info for us, just to confirm that there isn't any other troubleshooting steps we should be covering with you?
