    Xbox App wont connect


    Ive been using the Xbox app on win10 since Ive upgraded and it worked fine. Never had an issue until last month the xbox or the app have a sorta miscommunication.

    Start up the app and try to turn on the xbox. It says it cant connect to the xbox for some reason. I have to actually turn on the xbox now just so the App can say OH it is on so we can connect now. It never done this before and i have no idea what the problem
    is.

    Use to just start the app click connect and start up xbox. But it always says they are not on the same network until the xbox is turned on.....any Ideas?

    Smartglass issues please help

    My smartglass app wont connect to my xbox 360 with either apple or android. Using the xbox 360 smartglass but it wont connect to my xbox. Suggestions anyone?

    xbox app can't find my xbox one

    I have the same issue, The app identifies my Xbox, i changed the name of the Xbox as well and the app sees it under the new name but wont connect

    Is it possible

    It would be beter if its an app on xbox then u could get notifications if people text you and stuff and it wont be bad connections

    Thanks for posting here on the Xbox forums. Thank you for testing and providing us the troubleshooting steps you have already tried. Is your phone connected to the same network as your Xbox? Have you already tried restarting your phone? Also, has this ever
    worked for you in the past?
