xbox app wont connect to xbox please help!

Hi! I was on my xbox app in the connection tab, It said my xbox one needed to be turned on. (It was on at the time) So I clicked turn on and it said it couldent, The xbox was on so I decided to forget my xbox on the xbox app. Now it wont connect. Ive looked
through dozens on fourms hoping to find answers but no. I really hope you can help thank you!

Smartglass issues please help

My smartglass app wont connect to my xbox 360 with either apple or android. Using the xbox 360 smartglass but it wont connect to my xbox. Suggestions anyone?

 

Xbox won't connect to xbox live

my xbox 1 wont connect to xbox live and the download speed is stuck on zero. Please help

 

By the way When i said The xbox was on so I decided to forget my xbox on the xbox app. the xbox would not show up it diddent just say it was there and not connect

I'm sorry to see any issues connecting to your console! It sounds like the app itself might be having some issues. Have you already uninstalled the app and reinstalled it on your device? If so, I would suggest power cycling your network hardware to have
a good connection; be sure that you have your device connected to the same network, too!

Let me know how it goes! We'll look into other troubleshooting if this has already been done or doesn't help out.

Hi thank you for the suggestions! I diddent know how to uninstall the xbox app so i installed the (beta) xbox app and no connection! Im not really sure if its my internet, Xbox or desktop but ill try your suggestions thank you so much!

 

Oh the xbox app connected it randomly! The same thing happened to me when I couldent connect and it just appeared!

 

Well, that's good news! I'm not sure what might have triggered it to show the console again and connect up, but I'm happy it did! Please let me know if it happens again so that we can continue troubleshooting.
