XBOX APP Windows 10

Please fix the app crashing upon opening error. It works when it feels like it. I have done everything in order to try and make it work, however it is clearly a Microsoft issue as I have read many other users with the same situation. Please, please fix
the Windows 10 XBOX app!!!!!!!!!!!!

Windows 10 Mobile Arrives on Xbox One

Windows 10 Mobile is coming to Xbox One. Microsoft hoped that the release will encourage more developers to create apps for the mobile platform. The new interface looks the same with the Windows 10 Xbox app. However, one fourth of the screen will still be occupied by advertisement.

Changing gamer tag

You can't change a gamertag into a previously owned one but you could sign in to the Windows 10 Xbox app with the old one though.

There are several reasons why you are experiencing this issue.

To resolve your concern, we suggest that you run the
Windows App Troubleshooter on your computer.

If the issue persist,restart your computer to normal startup. This is to disable unnecessary apps running at the background while you are using your computer.

Here's how:

1. Press Windows + R on the keyboard.
2. Type msconfig, and then click OK.
3. On the General tab, click the Normal Startup, and then click OK.
4. When you are prompted to restart the computer, click Restart.
