    XBOX APP windows 10 will not open


    HI Since the introduction of clubs i have not been able to open the app green screen then closes

    event viewer show

    Activation of application Microsoft.XboxApp_8wekyb3d8bbwe!Microsoft.XboxApp failed with error: The app didn't start. See the Microsoft-Windows-TWinUI/Operational log for additional information.

    Have uninstalled and reinstalled with little success this seems to be a common issue but as yet no fix are xbox app support actively looking at fix this?

    To help you resolve your concern regarding the Xbox app, we suggest to perform the following steps below:

    Method 1:     Run the troubleshooter for Windows apps by clicking this
    link    .

    Method 2: Clear the local Xbox identity data.

    1. Open File Explorer.

    2. In the address bar paste and go to this location: %userprofile%\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.XboxIdentityProvider_cw5n1h2txyewy\AC\TokenBroker

    3. If you see any Accounts and Cache folders available make sure that you delete them.

    4. After that relaunch the Xbox app.

    Solution 2: Check for updates

    Solution 3: Remove and re-add the Microsoft account

    1. Go to Settings.
    2. Select Accounts.
