Xbox App Windows 10 Unable to Sign In

When I launched my Xbox app on my Windows 10 device tonight, I received a message 'we are unable to sign you in at the moment. Try again later' (0xbb)

At the same time I received a Win 10 notification indicating that I was signed into Xbox Live.

I currently have no access to the Xbox app. Tried multiple times signing in, even though my OS is telling me something different.

Without the ability to sign in, I can't even stream from my console.

Anyone else have this issue?

I am unable to sign into the Xbox app for windows 10, I am met with the error code in the title, I am also seemingly unable to sign into the windows 10 store app and unable to link my email to the mail and calendar app, I have contacted support and we have
been unable to fix the issue and have been recommended to post here.

 

Changing gamer tag

You can't change a gamertag into a previously owned one but you could sign in to the Windows 10 Xbox app with the old one though.

Yes - same issue here. Guessing it is related to the service alert even though that shows a date of 6/22/2018.

I have been having this issue all day today. I can sign in no problem on all my devices EXCEPT my computer.

 

Same problem here, except I've been signed in for several days and was online and in a party with some friends... I was having some problems with names not loading up so tried to restart the Xbox app, and now I can't sign back in. Frustrating...

Similar issue for me, except my error code is (0x409) 0x80070424. I'm extremely frustrated. I enjoy streaming my Xbox to my PC because I like my small monitor being close to me rather than a TV further away. I just streamed 2 days ago without any issues
at all. Really at a loss of what to do.

 

same here i was signed in all day i go to play batman get a achivo which no point movement showed on the xbox one i launch my try true achievement page refresh my score it show on there page but on the xbox one no movement i should be 70.766 but it shows
70,746. i launch the app it loads up but show no activity on the feed says i have the achivment on the app tho no score movement at all same for the console nothing moved. i go to my achivo and it shows i got it, but no movement on score. so i figured ok must
be the app or i have to restart did both restarted app and xbox now i can not sign in the app give 0xbba, look for that error in your website doesn't exist. i log into the Microsoft page go into my account it shows 70,766 but everywhere else it shows 70,746.
now the app will not even launch. whats going on

 

Having the same problem. I have tried two PCs getting 0xbba on both.

I am having this issue on two different PCs. The error code is 0xbba. I have rebooted everything including the modem/router. I have also tried the beta version. I stream to PC a lot at night so I do not wake up the family. Hope it gets fixed soon!

 

I have the same issue on 2 computers and my friend is having the same trouble.

Why pay for a game pass if you cant play the games?
