Xbox App Windows 10 Server Connectivity Blocked

The Windows 10 Xbox App on my laptop keeps blocking connectivity to the server when I check the network settings. I looked at the support page on Xbox that the app linked me to and none of the suggestions worked, and I spent five hours the other day sifting
through google looking at other peoples' suggestions and nothing worked. I even talked to an Xbox support worker and they didn't know what to do. Can anyone help?

So based on what you described it looks like the server connectivity is blocked on the Xbox App on Windows 10.

2. For us to assist you better, what troubleshooting step have you attempted?

 

I haven't made any changes on my account. This is something that randomly happened a few days ago after having been able to use the app perfectly fine for about a year or so. The link that comes up when the app says that server connectivity is blocked gives
a list of suggestions to fix it, such as checking my firewall and checking for any security software and I've gone through the entire list a countless number of times now that offers no fix. I went on google and started looking at reddit posts and lots of
other blogs and tried other people's suggestions like going into the device manager and disabling any ISATAP adapters and so many other methods that seemed to work for other people but nothing worked for me

I already said that this link didn't work. None of the fixes on there work for me.

 

Thank you for your reply. We suggest that you reinstall the Xbox app on your computer. Please follow the instructions below:



    1. Type Windows Powershell in search box.



    2. Right click on Windows Powershell and select Run as administrator.



    3. Copy and paste the following command.

         get-appxpackage *Microsoft.XboxApp* | remove-appxpackage 



4. Press Enter key.

After uninstalling the Xbox app, we suggest you to download and install the app again and check.
