Thank you so much for responding. I see your Xbox App has been experiencing some trouble loading messages even after quite a bit of troubleshooting. In order to make sure the app is not experiencing connectivity errors, go ahead and run a test from within
the settings. Simply head down to Settings followed by the Network tab. This will trigger a connection test which may provide an error code. Even if you have great speeds, something such as a NAT error may cause your message feature to become unusable. Additionally,
you can try
Xbox Beta App and test if the problem carries over. Let us know how it goes!

If the issue persists, Have you tried to uninstall/re-install the Xbox App?

Here are steps below on how to uninstall and reinstall Xbox app:

1. Click Start, and then type Windows PowerShell on the search box.

2. Right-click, and then select Run as administrator.

3. Type the following command to uninstall Xbox app: Get-AppxPackage
*xboxapp*|
Remove-AppxPackage

4. Hit Enter.

Launch Windows Store and download Xbox App.

Thanks for the reply. I tried everything you told me but it didn't work, the APP still doesn't load the received messages.

I don't get any error messages, just when I try to see the conversations, it doesn't even load one. There is a screenshot to better understand the problem.
