    Xbox App Windows 10 Error, Not Able to Sign In


    I open the Xbox app and it has a rectangle , I click sign in; a big square white box comes up, then disappears. Then I see the green rectangle again, it says sign in, , under that it says: "need help?"(I click on that and the white box comes up then disappears) ,then
    under that, it says: "Unable to Sign In Right now, please try again later", and under that it says: " (0x409) 0x83750007".

    I have restarted my computer and it doesn't help. What do I do?

    Is there a way to uninstall and then reinstall the Xbox App on my windows 10?

    What is the specific error message or code (XBOS-0000 or 0x00000000) that you are running into when you try to sign into your Xbox One console after singing into your Windows 10 PC Xbox app? Are you able to sign into your Xbox Live account on console if
    you are not signed into your PC's app?

    What happens when you try to sign into the Windows 10 Xbox app? Is there an error message and error code you receive? In the meantime, please ensure that your Windows 10 PC is fully updated by searching 'Check for updates' through the Start menu.

    We do apologize for that misunderstanding on our part, although there is no way to remove the account from the Xbox app on Windows 10 you are able to sign out and sign back in. Go ahead and take a look at the following support page and go down to the section
    labeled "How do I sign in with a different gamertag? What if I want to sign in to the Xbox app or a game with a different Xbox account than the one I originally used to sign in?"

    You can't change a gamertag into a previously owned one but you could sign in to the Windows 10 Xbox app with the old one though.
