Xbox App (Win10) Crashes on initial open

Hi. This is more of a nuisance than anything else. The first time I open the Xbox App on my Windows 10 Pro x64 system, it crashes. I can then relaunch the app and it runs pretty fine. I've noticed that sometimes messaging doesn't stay up to date; inbound
messages are reported by Windows but do not always show in the app. I figured I would report the app crashing though and maybe it is something the developers can do something about, or maybe there is a fix I am unable to find. Here is the info from the event

ERROR CODE 39.39.210002.00000

I can't open Xbox app on win10 when open which has code 39.39.210002.00000. And can't open Age of Empire De too.

 

Whenever i try to stream from my Xbox to PC the Xbox app crashes

I'm experiencing a similar problem (again). The App doesn't crash but the stream Win10 to Xbox still stutters / crashes, and increasingly since the last update (10.0.15063.1005 / rs2_release_xbox_1703.170323-1228).
