    Xbox App will not connect to my Xbox One. Help Plz


    Yesterday I upgraded my PC to windows 10 after a factory reset, I tried then to use the Xbox app to stream from my xbox one, no other forums have addressed the problem, what is happening is I am connected to the correct network (the second one has a -5G
    at the end) and all the settings are correct on both, I am signed in on both ends both are fully updated, I have restarted and changed names of the xbox and restarted my PC, but when I go to the connect button it can't find my Xbox, I put in the IP and it
    still wont show up. My Xbox One is being displayed through a projector (if that has anything do with it) and all of the settings are in the correct order, but it still won't show up.

    Can't Connect To Xbox Live

    Hey Friends.

    My Xbox 360 cannot connect to xbox live... it gives me the DNS error, I Have tried each one of the Ways to connect but no use.... plz tell me what to do, it was connecting in april 2013 but not connecting now... plz HELP!

    HI Mines, sorry to hear your experiencing this issue. Can you tell us what version of the app are you using? Are you also experiencing this issue using the Xbox App (Beta)? We also recommend trying this troubleshooting guide below. Although it references
    Smartglass the steps will work for the Xbox App. Let us know if it helps or not. In the mean time I will highlight this in our reports to the developers to investigate.

    Hi Topher. So I have had the same issue in the past, do you keep your Xbox on instant start or energy saver? I found clearing the Xbox cash helped. There are a few ways to do that, one is to change it to energy saver, and turn off the Xbox, wait a min
    or so. Or you can unplug the power brick from the Xbox and the wall, wait for the light to switch from with to yellow, then hook everything back up, and restart.
