    Xbox App was causing issues, so I uninstalled using Powershell. How to fix?


    So, when I downloaded my Windows 10, it came with the Xbox App as standard. After experiencing multiple performance issues with other programs, I found out that the Xbox app was causing the issues. So after finding a guide, I completely disabled the app
    using Powershell. Now that the issues have been solved, I wish to use the app once more, as I did enjoy it. Whenever I open the app to use it, it says "We cant sign you in right now. Please try again later.", with the code (0x406). Any ideas on how to re-enable
    the app? Thanks Xbox App was causing issues, so I uninstalled using Powershell. How to fix? :)

    I just upgraded to an R9 280 video card, but the XBox app's GameDVR doesn't realize it...

    ...and I can't record clips, or anything, really.

    I uninstalled the XBox app via Powershell, and reinstalled it...same deal...no dice.

    Suggestions?

    They will more then likely report back to this post here for you Xbox App was causing issues, so I uninstalled using Powershell. How to fix? :)

    I have taken a look at the thread on the Microsoft community, and have marked the Support Engineers response to direct you as answer. I have also posted a message detailing that this issue is been looked into by the developers, and detailed that this has
    been escalated by the support staff on this community.

    Hope you get this problem sorted out Xbox App was causing issues, so I uninstalled using Powershell. How to fix? :)

    Xbox pass for windows/games won't install

    Problem solved if anyone else has this issue!

    I just uninstalled the XBOX BETA APP and reinstalled. Everything I was reading was telling me to do this using powershell and doing it with the xbox gaming service. It was the beta app that was causing the problem. After the uninstall, the installer can
    freeze and you just need to reboot and it should work.

    Seeing as this concerns a game that was purchased through the Microsoft store, there may be an issue with the Xbox app syncing the game to the account that would be causing this sort of load issue.

    Have you tried to uninstall/re-install the Xbox App?

    2. Right-click, and then select Run as administrator.
