    Xbox app uninstalled my game? (Windows 11)


    Ive been experiencing difficulties updating and installing games (both of which are usually stuck at 0%) and after updating the xbox app, the game i was trying to update (Forza Horizon 5) had been uninstalled. And now trying to reinstall FH5, it is stuck at 0%. Is there any fix for this?

    Edit: it is not my internet, all non-microsoft platforms (for example, steam) are having no issue installing and downloading games.

    Is the Xbox PC app working on Windows 10 anymore?

    Derek, the last 4 digits of my OS are 2251. I have no new Windows 10 updates, only the Windows 11 upgrade. If the only way to get my games to download on the Xbox Desktop app is to upgrade to Windows 11, then I'm uninstalling it and switching to Steam fully.

    I will suggest you to follow this tips from the official page of Xbox specifically dealing with that problem in particular ( which is very common at the moment and a lot of people, myself included, have fixed their app with them) the link is the following:

    Xbox app won't load whenever I restart the PC and games give me an error [GameName] can’t open because it is offline. The storage device might be missing or disconnected.

    I'm using Windows 11. I tried uninstalling Naraka and restart my PC, but I still have the same problem with the Xbox app. All of my games are installed on D.

    I have tried resetting both, Microsoft store and Xbox App, uninstalling gaming services, updating to windows 11, used shell to uninstall and reinstall gaming services. I also tried downloading it on another computer and did it worked.
