Xbox App Stuck on Loading Screen & Install Location Not Showing

Issue Description: I've been having major problems with the Xbox app on Windows. Every time I launch it, the app gets stuck on "Launching Xbox App" and eventually crashes. Additionally, when I try to install new paid games through Game Pass, the section where it should show the installation location never appears, making it impossible to proceed with game installs.

Troubleshooting Steps I've Tried: I've attempted several fixes, including (but not all)(please don't mention these if you have a fix):

• Reinstalling the Xbox app
  
• Resetting & repairing the Xbox app via Windows settings
  
• Signing out and back in with the same Microsoft Store & Xbox account
  
• Running the Windows Store Apps Troubleshooter
  
• Checking storage settings and manually setting installation locations
  
• Verifying & reinstalling Gaming Services via PowerShell
  
• Ensuring Windows is up to date
  
• Trying a different Windows user profile
  

Unfortunately, none of these steps have resolved the issue. I've also attached images showing the problems in my settings and installation screen.

Has anyone else faced this issue, or does anyone have other suggestions for fixing this? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

This may be related to the screenshot above, which says, "There was a problem loading installation location. Try again."





Very clearly signed in, yet it says I have an account mismatch. By the way-I do not. I made sure both my MS Store and Xbox accounts were the same and they are. Also, pressing review just says "Keep current settings" or something like "Create new account" which as expected, does nothing. Pressing "SIGN IN" below xbox account also does... Nothing.





In relation to the ss above, it says I'm not signed in, but I am..





AT THIS POINT IN TIME, ALL XBOX AND MICROSOFT SERVICE AND STATUS INDICATIONS ARE ONLINE WITH NO ISSUES.
