Xbox app stuck loading login (Update: Solved(?) My admin profile is corrupt.)

I'm trying to play Sea of Thieves on my laptop with Win10, however I first got stuck loading up the game during sign in to Xbox Live and after a while realised it was a problem I had with my account there in general.

I open the app and get stuck on the windows in the screenshot below. I can click the "next" button, but nothing happens. I can log in on my browser(s) just fine. I've gone through others' questions and tried the recommended solutions even if the problem
didn't fit my own 100% and nothing worked. Not resetting the app, nothing.

My system is up to date as well. Xbox app should update automatically. I'm at a loss and quite honestly a bit frustrated. I hope I can get help here. Any specs needed, I'll provide upon request (and possibly the path I can find them with).

Edit: I've spent the past 25 hours in Xbox Support and Windows Tech Support and we've come to the point where people are just telling me to try a different computer (I don't have one) and to contact the other department as it must be an issue "on their end"
or otherwise "their field of expertise." I'm becoming very frustrated.

I can close that smaller Xbox Live window and am left with the bigger, green one, giving me the options "sign in" and "Need help?" Hitting Sign in only brings that smaller window back up. With just the larger window open, I can also hit "refresh" and it
provides me the message "We are unable to sign you in at the moment. Try again later. (0x404)" However, nobody seems to know what to do with that error code.

Thought maybe adding this could help, even though it seems this is just a Schroedinger's Problem...

UPDATE: I tried again, after a dozen failed attempts that left Windows stuck in limbo, to log in to my newly created second account, since I've been told and read time and again to attempt opening the app there. This time it did actually, finally set it
up completely and I was able to operate Windows. The app works fine there so, apparently, my original (admin) profile is corrupt in some way. Who knows, maybe I'll recover my energy to try and find out if that can't be fixed itself, but for now, I guess I'm
content just playing my games on this second profile... Hooray.

Have you tried to uninstall/re-install the Xbox App?

Here are steps below on how to uninstall and reinstall Xbox app:

1. Click Start, and then type Windows PowerShell on the search box.

2. Right-click, and then select Run as administrator.

3. Type the following command to uninstall Xbox app: Get-AppxPackage
*xboxapp*| Remove-AppxPackage

4. Hit Enter.

Launch Windows Store and download Xbox App.

Method 1 was something we, chat support and I, had not tried yet, so thanks for that. Unfortunately, that didn't work either.

The other things you proposed were already tested and unsuccessful, too.

Delete your Xbox App Pc Beta , update windows, Install Xbox App Pc Beta again, login and check if it solve.
