Xbox app stuck in Download Gaming Services Loop

I am trying to install a game and it keeps getting stuck in this loop of I click install and it brings up that I need to install Gaming Services but it is already installed so I have restarted my computer, I have checked for updates and there are none, I have un installed and reinstalled the gaming services app and xbox app which did nothing, I trouble shooted the store both the apps and it says there is no issue, I have cleared my microsoft store cache which didn't help, I have followed a guide where I went to the command prompt and typed in Get-AppxPackage gamingservices -allusers | remove-appxpackage -allusers Enter

Remove-Item -Path "HKLM:\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\GamingServices" -recurse

Remove-Item -Path "HKLM:\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\GamingServicesNet" -recurse and then restarted my computer which did work but it wasn't downlading the games liek it would start but do nothing for like a solid half hour so I decided to restart my computer and it broke again I just don't know what to do I will say that a week ago I removed a small chunk of malware that had sneaked onto my computer but my computer now says its free of viruses and malware and the only other link is it happened right after I tried to uninstall morrowind from the app I don't know what to do.

1 - Type cmd (Command Prompt) in the search bar of the Start menu and then click Run as administrator.

2 - Enter chkdsk /f/x/r/v

The system will ask you if you want to run CHKDSK after restarting the system, press Y on your keyboard and then type "Exit" and restart the computer, it will scan in DOS mode.

Unfortunately neither of these worked...and for a while solution 1 put me in a loop. After removing RegEdit services, I got stuck in the following loop: Launch game from Xbox app->Windows Store prompt telling me it needs to install Game Services utility->Install Game Services utility in Windows Store->Try again to launch a game in Xbox app->Again opens Windows Store to install Game Services even though it was already installed->Repeat.

Fortunately I fixed that loop with step one of solution 2 (repairing Gaming Services function in the Windows settings>applications tab), but anyone else be warned that if you don't do that part too, the app will get stuck without Game Services able to run, then you can't launch any Xbox app games.

Anyway, yes, back to square one: Still getting the same Xbox Live Sign-In error when launching Wolfenstein after attempting both of those solutions.

Yeah same thing happened to me as well. I logged out because it was having trouble signing in/connecting to XBL services. I thought logging out and back would help, but now it's stuck on the splash screen trying to load. The same thing has happened with the Xbox app. Xbox app on Android is now stuck in a login loop.

I have noticed something. I tried downloading Gaming Services through the PowerShell and when that happens, it breaks the Xbox app, it reverts back to being stuck on the pulsating logo. I have no idea how to approach this since Gaming Services is needed but when its installed it breaks the app. The Xbox App cant even download it on its own.
