    Xbox App/Store NOT downloading.


    First off, i'm really frustrated and downright angry at this point. This is my first day off in months and i wanted to sit down on my computer and enjoy some games. Instead i've been stuck trying to fix an issue that i shouldn't even be having because apparently you people over at microsoft aren't fixing issues that people have been having for well over a year at this point.

    I am stuck on checking for updates, indefinitely of course.

    I've tried:

    Terminating - Repairing and resetting these apps:

    Xbox

    Gaming services

    Xbox live

    --------------------

    Uninstalling:

    Xbox

    Xbox live

    And guess what? It can't reinstall them. They're stuck on pending. So that's just fantastic.

    Windows is up to date.

    I've updated all my apps.

    I've restarted my computer countless times.

    I got stuck at "Updates are underway". When restarting my computer so i had to do a hard restart, which i don't like doing.

    Game Pass is a subscription, not a store. If you mean the Xbox app, both the Microsoft Store app and Xbox app are essentially the same store. They just have different names.

    Great, please log out the Xbox app and the Microsoft store app, after this restart the PC and be sure that the Microsoft Store app and the Xbox app are logged with this email that have the subscription active

    Can't access Back 4 Blood on Gamepass although it has already been released (PC, OCE)

    Make sure the account that has the subscription is logged into the Microsoft Store app.

    Log out of Microsoft Store and Xbox app, clear store cache, login to Microsoft Store and Xbox app, and try again.

    To clear the store cache>

    Windows key + R and type ''wsreset'', wait for the black screen to close and open the store automatically.

    Are you redeeming it in the Store or on Xbox.com or the Xbox app? You need to redeem in the Store app on Windows 10.
