Xbox App - Social Chat Unable to See or Accept New Message Requests

I hate random friend requests. Even more so than random friend requests on Facebook (which I also hate a lot). If I don't see a message with the friend request, I typically decline. I don't often accept forum friend
requests unless I've been chatting with you a lot in threads. I also don't accept recent player friend requests unless I played multiple matches with that person and we got along chatting and such. And of that, I typically don't ever play with them again or
talk. The only other time I accept friend requests is when looking for someone to play a certain thing with in a game, but once I finish that, I remove everyone I added for that thing, unless we got along well chatting and all.

Unfortunately, with these redone forums, my activity on these forums have been minimal, and of course with party chat and anit-social behaviors at a max, I rarely add people on Xbox Live.

Try this troubleshoot, I know the link says "party chat" but is a teredo unable to qualify error.

You cannot request the app. The Preview App comes via a system message in Xbox Live. Please note that not everyone is accepted. If you are accepted in within a few weeks you should have a message giving directions on installation.

Hi I am running windows 10 and for some reason the chat option on xbox is not working. I am unable to send any of my friends messages or receive any. If i try to send a message the chat box opens but it keeps giving me a loading icon at the bottom of the
console. but I am unable to send a message.

Can anyone help me with this problem please.

It is very possible the ports for Teredo are not working or blocked (My company blocks it from a corporate IT policy). Check this link below and see if it helps.

If it says Blocked, your PC was unable to establish a Teredo IPsec connection to the Quality of Service (QoS) server. If
you also see Teredo is unable to qualify next to NAT type, visit the Teredo
