    I have tried to install several games on the Xbox App because I wanted to download Halo Wars 2, however, every game I try to download does so at less than 1Mb. I can update games no problem and did so with my normal speeds. Other apps such as steam download at normal speeds as well so I know it is not a connectivity issue. Halo Wars 2 will download to 40.2 MB then stop and eventually it'll begin again but only at ~700KB/s. Not sure what the issue is. I have tried repairing and resetting both the Microsoft Store and Xbox App and anything else labeled with Xbox within Win 11 settings. I have restarted my computer multiple times and stopped and restarted the download. I have also tried downloading it to different drives to see if that made a difference. It did not.
