Xbox app signing me out

Update- The app is signing me into my other console wich is why it was signing me out "signed out elsewhere" . Now the app wont find my main Xbox one that i play on and even when i enter the IP it says could not connect giving me
this error number : 80000e1

Go to Settings > Apps > Apps & Features > Xbox > Advanced Settings > Reset to try resetting the app. You need to save game progress in your Xbox account first as shown here:

If that doesn't help after testing it awhile, try re-registering the app from Option Two here:

And if that fails you can uninstall it in it's Advanced Settings and reinstall from the Microsoft Store under Settings > Library. Or do a search in Store for it.

Please try these steps:

1. Open Settings app, go to System > Apps & features.

2. In corresponding right pane, click on Xbox app. Then click on Advanced options link.

3. On the next page, click on Reset button.

4. Again click on Reset button in the warning/confirmation fly-out. This will reset the app.
