Xbox App Sign-In Trouble

Today I downloaded the Xbox app very smoothly and signed into my account, but when I tried to sign in to another account I ran into some trouble. I typed in an email I thought was correct and put in a password, but I don't have access to this account to
verify it. I have another account I would like to sign in on, but you can't escape the verify email screen to put in a different email. I have tried to re-download the app and it still saves the verify screen.

PS. It shows your email and it has two hyperlinks, one says "Resend it now" (concerning the verify email it sends you), and the other says "Fix it here" (it is unclickable, but it is concerning a typo in your email)

So I just fixed this issue ... I am using ios

I opened up the default browser (safari in my case) and noticed it was trying to sign me in with the typo email on live.microsoft.com

So I signed in with the correct account and went back to the app ... now the login screen reset to the beginning. After logging into my gamepass app I was also able to login automatically to the xbox app as well.

So just open your default browser on your phone and log into the correct account

Hi Wise,

The issue may be related to the Xbox app then since you can sign in online but trouble signing in to Minecraft PE through the Xbox app.

Go ahead and uninstall the Xbox app and then restart your mobile phone. Once it's back on re-install the app and try to sign in again.

I have no problem signing in to mojang or the Xbox website its the apps im having trouble with

Sorry you're having trouble signing into the Video app! Have you made sure to update all apps on your device as well as the OS? The app should be now labeled as Microsoft Video & TV, if it's showing as Xbox Video this may be why you're having trouble signing
in.

If updating the app doesn't help, what is the exact error that you're receiving?
