    Xbox app sign in error.


    Hello, so i i tried to sign in to my xbox account on pc on the app, but when i press sign in, i get a error saying "You need an internet connection to use this app. Check your connection and try again. (0x405).

    I dont know what to do, i am connected to the internet.

    Can someone please help me solve my problem?

    You mean the store and app I can't sign into? The error is preventing me from signing into Microsoft. From the store, to the XBox app to Cortana.

    If you haven't already please download the Xbox app on your platform from the app store and sign in there. If that has errors signing in, it should provide some more details on the error we can further troubleshoot. But if you can sign in there successfully,
    then check to see if it will then let you sign into the Pocket Edition.
