Xbox app Sign in Button

Hello to anyone reading this,

I've been trying to sign into the xbox app multiple times now but nothing seems to work.

The issue is that the sign in button when clicked on does nothing save for reloading the app for some reason.

I've tried to reinstall the app multiple time already. Removed my account then tried to sign in for nothing to happen. Enable all the xbox service on my PC.

None of the solutions that i've found have worked so some help would be appreciated

Thanks, are you referring to the steps below when you say the services thing?

Press Windows button and type Services

On Services App from the list of results, press right-click and run it as administrator

Scroll to the bottom and find the following services:

IP Helper
Xbox Live Auth Manager
Xbox Live Game Save
Xbox Live Networking Service
Gaming Services

And do this with each of the services listed above:

Right-click over the service and select Properties.
Find the Startup type section and make sure it’s set to Automatic (if not, change it to automatic)
If the service isn’t started, click Start to start the services

Restart your PC and give it a new try

Is this happening on Windows 10 or 11?
And please tell me which troubleshooting steps to you have done so far to fix this besides reinstalling de Xbox app, in that way I can advise you different things

Ah, it finally worked! Turns out that I missed one of the services to start.

Hey Josef,

Im on Windows 11

As for the troubleshooting, i made sure all the xbox services were enabled. Also i saw that someone else had a similar issue to me and what helped them was by installing the xbox companion app and signing into it. However it didn't work for me.
