    If I may ask, are you using an iOS device or android device?

    Are XBOX services discontinued across devices (PCs, tablets, and phones) running Windows 8.1?

    That part I understand. So why is the XBOX Games app working for the phone and not for the Windows 8.1 PC or tablet? At least they should have shut everything down across the board or shut down the ability to access XBOX achievements on the phone as well
    as the Games app there and keep the Windows 8.1 version running.

    Try removing the apps, fully shutting down the Xbox, unplugging for 30 seconds, plugging back in, power up and redownload the apps

    It's no longer called Xbox Music in the apps. It's title is now Groove Music, but that app has now shut down, hence why it no longer shows.

    You could try shutting down the App down and restarting it again?

    You could also try uninstalling the App and reinstalling again.
