    xbox app is showing ARS (Argentine dollers) instead of US dollers. Billing imformation is set correct to my US address, when i access the store via my xbox it show currency in US dollers but not on the actual xbox app?

    Can you at least change my location, it's showing me the wrong country in the billing information. Because of this I have the wrong currency when I try to use the marketplace. Plus I believe I can't use a card if there is a different country set.

    pre-paid cards can they be use to purchase movies ????

    If you are using a pre-paid Visa/MasterCard, as it almost sounds like you might be, and are getting an error message, it is most likely due to billing contact information. Meaning the billing address on your account doesn't match the billing address on the
    pre-paid credit card.

    if you are using pre-paid currency cards for xbox, it should work for purchasing movies and such from xbox movies. if you are using an app to purchase movies you will need to take it up with the app itself as Microsoft currency can not be used for in app
    purchases like that.

    As for finding Microsoft ppc's, they should be available at any retailer that is authorized to sell xbox and xbox accessories. (heh, propane)

    *Mod removed* really bad as I can't still, in 2019, purchase a 360 game from my Xbox one with my Microsoft Balance.

    It sounds like the 360 might think you're in a different region (that happens occasionally for some reason). Since currency will only work in the region it is created for, it won't show if your account is in a different region. Try going to http://commerce.microsoft.com to
    make sure your address information is correction and try re-entering it even if it is. If that doesn't work, try migrating your account region (even if you're billing information shows the correction region). http://live.xbox.com/accountmigration

    You may of purchased xbox live or a wallet top up in a regions currency thats different to where you live. Check that your account and billing information is correct. Also check your region settings on your xbox.
