    I'd be happy to provide some input.

    So based on what you described it looks like the server connectivity is blocked on the Xbox App on Windows 10.

    I would suggest looking over our article when

    If you've performed all solutions provided on that link and the same issue occurs, it may be due to an issue with your network hardware. We suggest that you try connecting to a different network and check if the same issue occurs.
