Xbox App Server connectivity Blocked

Xbox app connectivity is blocked and i tried every step on internet and didn't fix my issue

i updated windows, turned firewall on,reset firewall to default,antivirus windows defender and updated, uninstalled any adapter not working,reset teredo,added forward ports to router, tried close firewall in router, time and date is correct,all
services is working fine like ip helper etc.

reinstall xbox app,tried vpn,i tried every thing i think and not working what else i can do for it

i get forza horizon 4 yesterday and i'm very upset

i don't have this update i have kb4458469 and kb4100347 and kb4456655

and i uninstalled kb4458469 but the block in xbox app still

the xbox support very bad its my first game from microsoft store and will be the last time

they couldn't help me and finally tell me call the ISP

i can play all games online from steam and origin all games working

 

If your windows is up to date and it's still not working, I suggest your perform a refresh.

 

i checked it now and i'm up to date

can i get refund for this game but i played 2 hours really i need my money back !
