Xbox App - Server Connectivity Blocked - All Solutions Tried

I am having the same problem after 6 days of this I'm almost over it... I have called them about 12 times now each time with some other excuse >< they even made me call my internet provider to forward some ports.... didn't work.... they had me buy a router....

Just an FYI for those that are having the same issue, I just had a chat session with Microsoft (Joanna) and while other Microsoft support reps blamed it on my side (which is clearly not) I believe this person understands and indicated:

I was able to confirmed it here from our Engineers that this isn't an issue with your part but they have currently an unscheduled maintenance and that affecting unmuting
friends. This issue has started the other day. And they said that they are working on it to finish and you will surely be getting an update in an hour or so.

I will update if and once this issue has been resolved for me and hopefully everyone else!

it has nothing to do with your friends list though. its the communication between your pc and the xbox servers. thats why its says "server connectivity blocked" in your xbox app settings and in the windows xbox network settings.

I just had a chat with Jan K. (german xbox support). He told me that they are currently collecting cases where the issue appears. He also promised me to forward that there is no one who cares about this support-forum....

Absolute ridiculousness from Microsoft!

What is the point of me buying a costlier version of an online game promising early access gameplay when I cannot even play online during the 4 days of early access?! Which was advertised as a feature of the Ultimate Edition preorder version of the game. I
note I did not pay for beta access but early access, the definition of which is I am supposed to get the full end product but just earlier. The 30 minutes of online gameplay availability at the beginning of the early access notwithstanding, the online feature
was simply not there to the point of negligibility of consideration.

Microsoft fix your online aspect of this game before someone pulls a lawsuit citing failure to provide adequate consideration for the compensation paid to you!

Unfortunately I have not heard anything from Microsoft as promised by the support analyst. I am going to attempt to reach out to them again but obviously they are not being honest or at the very least providing communication to either this thread or email.

But you don't have to worry we already created a priority ticket to fix this problem and our hardware and software engineers are currently doing their best to solve the problem for you. Since you have tried some troubleshooting steps to fix this issue, and if the exact troubleshooting steps on this link has been performed too: Xbox App Server Connectivity on Windows 10 Is Blocked , with this since all of the possible steps has been performed, the best option that we have at the moment since we don't have the specific timeframe as to when this issue will be resolved, is we will set your case into follow up that way when we have the update regarding this issue I myself will personally email you regarding the update, will that be okay with you?

Yes, I will respond to this thread if/when Microsoft actually responds OR when I am no longer encountering the issue.

I told each support analyst that someone from Microsoft should officially communicate but obviously they do not care, instead they want to read from a script indicating how much they care and sorry we are encountering this issue. In other words they are
simply telling us to wait until they fix this issue.

Nope. still blocked. this makes no sense to me. I am on ethernet and on static ip with DMZ and still xbox live is blocked. i cant join parties, i cant play with friends. this is ridiculous. Ive tried all the solutions from the support page plus a million
others ive found on google search and nothing. Please fix this for the love of all that is holy!

I had the same problem, a view hours ago i fixed it for me, i changed the official microsoft teredo server to an public on, in my case a german one and tada the server blocked status is gone

open the windows command as administrator and type: netsh interface teredo set state client teredo.remlab.net this ist a puclic german teredo server thats worked für me

I'm having this issue as well, and so is my friend. We both bought the Ultimate Edition of State of Decay 2, to play it together, and as it stands-I'm almost done with my first playthrough and we've played together for about...15 minutes. Total ****. They
need to fix this.
