    Hi, everyone.

    I've been having a problem with my streaming recently. I used to have no problems before and this just randomly came up. When I go on to the Xbox app on my PC to stream a game, I get a message telling me to sign in with the current account on my Xbox. The
    problem is, I've already done that and it still doesn't let me stream. I've tried rebooting my PC, Xbox app, Xbox, and nothing works. I've even tried doing it in different orders (first try streaming and then log in or log in and then start streaming). Google
    hasn't helped so far. Any fixes for this?

    I recommend to adjust your console settings for the connectivity feature.

    How to use game streaming in the Xbox app on Windows 10 (more details).

    1. sign into son's account

    2. settings

    3. Preferences

    4. select Xbox app Connectivity

    5. turn it off

    3. Preferences

    4. select Xbox app Connectivity

    5. turn it on

    Then re-access the Xbox app

    • Are you using the same Microsoft account on the Xbox app and Windows 10?
    • Have you made any changes to your device before encountering this issue?
    • Are your devices connected to the same network?
    • Are your devices connected to a wired or a wireless network?

  5. Yes, I am using the same Microsoft account.

    I've tinkered with the settings a bit because I was trying to get gold for my brother with the sharing feature (which I have figured out how to do by click on the share gold button in the store).

    Yes, they are connected to the same network.

    My Laptop is connected wirelessly but my Xbox is connected through a LAN cable.

    sign out of the store and xbox apps, sign in to the windows store and xbox app with the account that bought it, download it, then sign out of the store and xbox app and sign back in with your current account.

    Thank you so much for that. On the Xbox App, if we will be checking the subscription and then we're redirected to the browser, if there is already an account signed in, it will automatically sign in on that specific account.

    To check this further, kindly sign out of your Microsoft account on your default browser and then try to check the subscription again through your Xbox App.

    Please take note of your current Microsoft account signed in on your default browser as you will need it later on.
