Xbox app says Im suspended from XBL

    Xbox app says Im suspended from XBL


    As of 3 days ago, the xbox app logged me out of my account and says it cant log me back in. My account is not suspended and Im still able to use PC and message people. The app has been saying this for 3 days now and I cannot log in to any of my accounts, as it says they’re all suspended… Any way to fix this or know why it’s been happening? I already deleted and reinstalled the app, I’m still having the same issues

    I tried to login into my ahshona account on here, but it says im suspended, when i tried logging into my xbox live account, it says im suspended. Im pretty sure im suspended in every app i try to login that has to do with microsoft. No one is currently hijacking
    my account. Its probably because ive entered my password wrong, or its either that ive been getting lots of wrong on that verifications steps (like what you said).

    Either the above comment will fix it, or make sure your time settings are correct. I had a major headache trying to figure out the same problem with Wordament. Hope it helps :)

    I have reset my phone but still get the error. What time settings are you referring to?

    The problem (for me) turned out to be the time difference on my new phone. For some reason when I did a hard reset it set me back a few hours, wouldn't let me sigh in. When I fixed this I signed in fine.
