    I tried playing today and when I opened the Xbox app it said I had a suspension, so I pressed learn more to know why and login into my account and I have no new suspensions. I even checked my email connected to my Xbox account and there was no email of notice of suspension. I didn't even receive a message from Xbox Live on messages. I tried restarting my PC, uninstalling and reinstalling the app, and I tried the support but I get is the virtual that doesn't help because it just links articles which doesn't have my problem. I haven't even played for the last few days and I only talk in a party with one friend and I never say anything that would you grant a suspension.

    I really doubt this one suspension from 3 years ago would be causing this issue.

    Again I doubt that a suspension from this long ago would cause this.

    No new messages about a suspension just about game pass.

    That's really strange, try this:

    Open Settings, click Update and Security and then Windows Update;

    Click Check for Updates;

    Click the Download and Install Now option, if available (Install optional updates as well)

    Also, check the Microsoft Store for any updates on the Xbox apps and its services and update everything too.

    Now, sign out from your account on both Xbox app and Microsoft Store and do this:

    Go to windows settings > apps > search for gaming services app > click on it and select advanced options.

    After that, click repair and then reset

    Then do the same for the Xbox app:

    Go to windows settings > apps > search for Xbox app > click on it and select advanced options.

    After that, click repair and then reset

    Finally do this:

    Step 1: Open the Run window by pressing Windows + R key.

    Step 2: Input WSReset.exe in the Run window and click OK.

    Step 3: Then a command prompt window will appear. After a few seconds, Windows Store will open.

    Sign in again on both Microsoft store and Xbox app with your account and try again

    Sometimes a suspension can take up to 48 hours to appear in the enforcement site.

    In the meantime, some people received "ghost" bans, this means they have a "suspension" but actually they can use all the Xbox live services as usual.
    Did you try sending a message, join to chat parties, etc. To see if you're not able to do it?

    Can be your case, if indeed you're limited. You may need to wait until the enforcement action appears to start a case review if eligible

    If you're able to do it, please try using a different wifi network just to test

    If the issue persists, you may need to wait until the message on the xbox app disappears :c

    I have contacted several support agents and they say that I don't have any current suspensions. I can message, join parties, and anything else fine on my phone on the xbox app but I cant on the xbox app on PC. I need help fixing the app on PC.
