Same problem for me. I was in discord on xobox and tried to invite someone to a lobby and it kicked me out and shows an exclamation relink account for discord on my xbox. Discord works fine on phone app and shows that discord is linked to my xbox in my app on phone but I cant use discord on xbox

I tried the solutions you said and on the Xbox app and discord both say that I have it linked but when I try to join a voice call it says relink and when I continue it unlink it

Sorry for the inconveniences, right now this is a know issue.
The workaround for this is link the accounts using the Discord app.

"Some players may see the Xbox mobile app crashing when linking Discord accounts from the console settings area. To resolve this, we recommend linking accounts through the Discord mobile app.
Some players may experience errors when trying to unlink their Discord account from the Xbox settings menu or mobile app. We recommend unlinking accounts through the Discord mobile app."
