XBOX app refuses to allow me to switch accounts

I have separate accounts for windows and XBOX. XBOX app automatically sings me into the Windows account and won't let me switch. Even if I get to the screen that says this is not me, clicking on it simply automatically logs me back into the Windows account. I can log into the roper account in the store, xbox website, outlook and microsoft website, but the app is the only one that refuses to let me switch. I've tried repair and reset, uninstall and reinstall, and removing account folder from appdata.
